| Planned investment projects – constructions, facilities or other activities with direct and indirect impacts on the environment must pass the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process according to the applicable legislation. Our employees have many years of experience with the EIA process for investment projects. We provide a full range of services, including advisory and consultancy services. We prepare dispersion studies and noise studies that are required during the EIA process – these are one of the documents used to evaluate the impact of the project on air quality and public health. The dispersion studies are also used as a basis for issuing a binding statement and a permit to operate the source according to the Air Protection Act. In this case, the dispersion study is prepared for the specifically listed stationary sources of air pollution and also for the construction of selected roads and parking lots. We provide modelling and visualisation of noise propagation – acoustic studies – including designs of noise protection solutions. We draw up expert opinions for the specifically listed sources listed in the Annex to the Air Protection Act as a basis for issuing a binding statement and a permit to operate the source. |
| To evaluate the project’s environmental impact, we provide biodiversity surveys focused on various groups of plants and animals, including proposals for conservation actions and discussions with nature protection authorities. In addition, in the case of the need for felling in the preparation of individual projects, we provide a dendrological survey, which assesses the health status, parameters and other characteristics of the felled trees, including the calculation of ecological damage. We offer a full range of services in corporate ecology, primarily in providing services of an external corporate ecologist, as well as advisory and consultancy services in this area or the preparation of partial documentation and its negotiation with the relevant state administration. On your behalf, we will process the reporting obligations in waste management, operation of air pollution sources and water management (ISPOP reporting). We will also handle related documentation such as operating rules, emergency plans, risk assessment of ecological damage, rules for handling hazardous chemicals, ADR, records of continuous waste management, hazardous waste identification sheets… We will also prepare an application for an integrated permit required for facilities specified in the Annex to the Integrated Prevention Act (e.g. large chemical, agricultural, metallurgical and food processing plants). |
