| The scope of engineering activities includes providing documents necessary for the implementation of a specific construction. We prepare comments and statements of the parties to the proceedings and the concerned state administration authorities, which are the basis for issuing a zoning decision and a building permit. We can represent the investor throughout the process by a power of attorney. |
| As part of the property law preparation, we will arrange the necessary contracts (purchase, lease, easement agreements), including the entry into the land register. We also have experience with the process of withdrawal/restriction of property rights. |
