| Our transportation engineering studios also specialise in urban traffic. We design urban roads and intersections in all stages of project documentation. In addition, our road engineers design campus areas and roads, parking lots, retaining walls, test circuits and safe bike lanes. |

| Our group in Ústí nad Labem started by asking a simple question: why, when and where do people travel, and will the capacity of the road or the motorway be sufficient? We can provide answers based on accurate data, models and analyses and go even further; how would the society benefit by implementing the project, and what would be the impact on the users, road managers or the environment. Within the field of transportation engineering, we provide traffic surveys, their complete provision and execution using the Sierzega profile counter and other survey methods. We create traffic models, traffic volume modelling, traffic forecasting and traffic model development. We assess the capacity of intersections and roadway segments, determine parking counts for commercial and residential zones, and analyze traffic accident rates. We complete capacity assessments of road profiles and intersections. We offer forecasts of generated traffic volumes, the effects of planned projects in terms of generated traffic and their impact on the road network. Last but not least, we create macroscopic models – municipalities, regions and microsimulations of traffic solutions, including evaluation. We process security audits and carry out security inspections of roads while applying the SDV methodology, and we are certified by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. |
