| EXISTING STRUCTURES EVALUATION |
| Our team of experts diagnose building structures by conducting in-situ tests or by taking samples from the structures and conducting tests in the laboratory. The tests are then evaluated, the material characteristics of the materials used in the structure are determined, and the condition of the existing structures is assessed. Drilling into structures is carried out in all directions with a drilling diameter range between 52 and 500 mm. We have specialised tools for core drilling into structures for sampling for subsequent testing, core drilling to determine hidden dimensions of structures and core drilling to verify the material behind it. We then provide testing on samples in qualified laboratories. |
| As part of the in-situ tests, we verify carbonation, test the adhesion of the layers with a tear-off gauge, and verify the position, diameter and coverage of the reinforcement. We perform cavity surveys and offer non-destructive concrete testing using a Schmidt hardness tester. |
