| This is a very broad portfolio of services that we can offer you. We have system data services available throughout the construction to reduce common user errors and duplication. Within the software, we follow the applicable guidelines and regulations, set up the roles and rights of the project participants and complete the necessary data according to the Contract for Work. We guarantee simple data management for users and intuitive document handling, continuous updating and control. In the end, we process offline data for submission to the client. At all stages of project planning, we can prepare pricing expertise and opinions according to valid pricing databases (Pricing Standards, Aggregate Price Lists of DÚR/DSP items, OTSKP, etc.). |
| In the context of claim management and contractor claims, we determine the entitled party and the amount of financial and time implications. We analyze the schedule and causes of delays, including determination of contractor responsibilities and other actions. We are also prepared for changes that are an integral part of any project by drawing up change sheets. We control compliance with the process procedures associated with individual schedules and construction phases. |

| SUPERVISION |
| We supervise the technical control of drawings in the stage of tender documentation according to the sample sheets, technical quality requirements for buildings and standards before the tender for the contractor is announced. We also inspect the work lists. We monitor the completeness and correctness of the data, their compliance with the Act on Public Procurement No. 134/2019 Coll., as well as the inclusion of construction items in the correct code, even in the case of special items not included in the Branch Classification of Building Structures and Road Construction Works(OTSKP) or ÚRS, etc. We also provide controlling activities on compliance with the measurement units, duplication of works or, for example, the legal completion of budget cover sheets. Subsequently, a progress report is issued to inform the client of any discovered deficiencies. After correction, an inspection is carried out, and an ‘Inspection Report’ is drawn up, confirming that the bill of quantities is correctly submitted. |
